Walking into BIGFACE is like walking into the future of cafes. With apparel merch all over chrome walls and a big metal island, BIGFACE provides an exciting experience for all the customers. People are greeted by the unique logo hanging over them on the ceiling. BIGFACE Cafe is based in Miami and was launched by star NBA player Jimmy Butler. With its popularity on TikTok and Instagram, we were excited to give it a try.
The cafe opened at the end of 2024 and offers a variety of food and trending drinks like tea, coffee and matcha. Their specialty is their coffee, Butler’s favorite drink. A strong drink to give you that boost in the morning, you can add syrups to customize.
We tried the matcha. It was sweet and creamy and stands out against its competitors. The milk in the matcha mixed perfectly and balanced the strong matcha flavor. You can add vanilla to the matcha to sweeten it further. We also tried the iced tea, which was perfectly cold and sweet.
With friendly staff and quick service, you can really enjoy your time at BIGFACE. A lounge area provides seating to enjoy what you ordered, with black modern couches and concrete steps. The store’s cool, stylish clothing line of hoodies, shirts, long-sleeves, and mugs sets the vibe apart from a regular coffee shop. BIGFACE is a cool addition to the Design District.
